Funding recommendations presented to City Administrator and Mayors' Office.

Award packages mailed mid-month (typically the second Friday).

Make sure you've reimbursed for all funds for the previous fiscal year by the first.

Check that the following have been taken care of:

1. Current proof of coverage or waivers for:
a. Liability Insurance
b. Workers' Comp
c. Auto Liability Ins

2. New Vendor documents if your organization is new to the docket.

October November December

Second Quarter begins.

Signed Grant Agreements due by the first.

Fall Public Meeting (typically during the first week).

Reimbursement can begin when Grant Agreements are returned and all the documents listed in September are on file.
